Joindre le webmaster : avec ou sans ‘www’ ?

Le meilleur de ma boîte mail ce mois-ci :

Je voulais te dire que je ne peux joindre le site : j’ai un message d’erreur (hier et aujourd’hui même en éteignant et rallumant l’ordinateur).

Quand de plus j’essaie de “joindre” le webmaster comme il est dit dans le message d’internet, je n’y parviens pas non plus mais là c’est peut-être moi qui ne sait pas mettre l’adresse du webmaster (avec ou sans “www”).

Cette personne fait référence à une de mes pages contact, gérées par Mail-it Now, un script d’envoi de mail par formulaire. Il n’y a évidemment aucune adresse à rentrer ni aucun www à mettre…
