             E Ab
I don't practice santeria I ain't got no crystal ball

     Dbm B
I had a million dollars but I'd, I'd spend it all

If I could find that Heina and that Sancho she's found

            Dbm B
Well I'd pop a cap in Sancho and I'd slap her down

Chorus:

A B E Dbm
All I really wanna know my baby

A B E Dbm A
All I really wanna say I can't define

       B E Dbm
It's love that I need

A B
But my soul will have to

Verse 2:

    E
Wait 'till I get back, find a Heina of my own
Daddy's gonna love one and all
I feel the break, feel the break, feel the break
And I gotta live it up

All I really wanna say I can't define
That love will make it go
My soul will have to...

All I really wanna say is I've got mine
And I'll make it yes I'm comin' up
Tell Sanchito that if

Verse 3:

He knows what is good for him he best go run and hide
Daddy's got a new 45
And I won't think twice to stick that barrel straight down Sancho's
throat
Believe me when I say that I've got something for his punk ass

What I really wanna say is there's just one way back
And I'll make it

SUBLIME's
         Santeria-

As close as I could come to it at least. Oh, well, I think I
did a damn good job on it, but you don't have to. Toy with it
some and try to make it sound better. The intro was all I got,
but it was worth it anyway. Have fun...

..let the last note ring until the verse breaks in with
abunch of chords and such.

Ok here is the long awaited solo of Santeria. It is very close to the
actual solo but I know there are a few mistakes. The main problem I
had

was trying to figure out the downward and upward scales that Bradley
plays
really fast. I wrote them out as best as I could but I know they're
missing
several notes. I have found that just sliding down the strings sounds
good
but I don't think this is how it's really played.

Not too long ago I sent in an entry giving the
tablature for Sublime's SANTERIA. It included
the opening and the chorus. In this entry, I
will make one very slight correction to the
chorus, but as a bonus, I am giving you the
verse chord progession, and that solo we've all
grown to know and love ALL FOR THE LOW, LOW
PRICE OF (three monthly installments of)
$49.95!!!!!!:

Sublime's SANTERIA!!!!

Chorus corrections:
5-------7-------------------5p0----|
--5-------7-----9---7p4---------55-|
----6-------8-----9----5-6p4-------|
------7-------9--------------------|
-----------------------------------|

..played three times, then repeat
the first eight notes once.

Verse chord Progession (palm muted)

   E A D G B E
   X_X_______X X_X________
Am |_|_|_|_1_| 1st fret Ab |_|_1_1_1_|
   |_|_2_3_|_| 2 |_|_|_|_|_|
   |_|_|_|_|_| 3 |_|_|_|_|_|
   |_|_|_|_|_| 4 |_|_|_|_|_4
   |_|_|_|_|_| 5 |_|_|_|_|_|

   X_X_X______ X_X________
D |_|_|_|_|_| F#9 |_|_|_|_|_|
   |_|_|_2_|_1 |_|_|_|_|_|
   |_|_|_|_3_| |_|_|_1_|_|
   |_|_|_|_|_| |_|_2_|_|_3
   |_|_|_|_|_| |_|_|_|_4_|

Just so no one is confused about chord reading,
I'll explain it all:

-The strings are as marked above the A-minor chord.

-The "X's" above the strings signify to muffle that string.

-The frets (also as marked above A-minor) start at the
first (at the top) and go to five (at the bottom).

-The numbers on each fretted string are to tell what
fingers to use:
1-index finger
2-middle finger
3-ring finger
4-pinky
So the F-sharp 9 Chord in stantard tab form would be:
|--4--|
|--5--|
|--3--|
|--4--|
|--X--|
|--X--|

..and finally, the solo:
(right after he says "My soul will have to...")

[Chorus continues]

Symbols-

SLIDING / is for sliding up(5/7) and \ is to slide
         down (7\5)
BENDS/RELEASE ' is a quarter step bend (1/2 fret)
^ is a half step bend (1 fret)
v is to release from a bend
HAMMERON/PULLOFF h is to hammer on(5h7) and
                   p is to pull off(7p5)

the solo's a little hard to get down at first, but
it fet's easier after a while.
